This client, however, got stuck in its email marketing. Due to an abundance of concepts, with at least two events annually for each of them and more than 30 emails per event, the overview got lost. This resulted in stressed employees who created and sent emails ad hoc. Faul Productions saw the solution in the intelligent use of AI and approached me for advice on its most effective implementation.
During a morning of tagging along at Faul Productions' office, I discovered the real challenge behind the customer request. It was not a lack of AI but a lack of structure. I analyzed their email marketing and uncovered the patterns. Then, I introduced templates for each type of mail and worked with their internal marketing team to reduce the unnecessarily complex tone of voice guides from concept to essence. Enpassant, of course, we integrated the proper use of AI and the introduction of data-driven decision-making and A/B content testing.
