At the start of our cooperation, client Bart faced an organizational problem. Brand Amsterdam did not need more clients but rather some help in structuring and recording business processes. During our first meeting, it became clear that Brand Amsterdam was also struggling with a positioning issue. The company was more than a contractor but could not communicate that well through its marketing.

A new positioning for Brand Amsterdam. No longer 'just' a contractor, but rather a hospitality project developer. Two words that say exactly what they do and for whom they do it. I also wrote the vacancy texts that filled Bart's open positions in no time, and together with Bart, I wrote the general purchasing conditions, subcontractor contracts, order confirmation letters, and invoicing conditions. Thanks to these documents and the corresponding processes, Brand Amsterdam now has everything it needs for the professionalization it dreamed of.
